Presenters for the 2013 REEA conference (whether they are members or non-members) are not required to join REEA nor pay for a conference registration in order to present at the conference unless the presenter plans on attending additional sessions of the conference.  If a presenter chooses to attend the REEA 2013 conference as a participant, they will charged the $325 discounted fee as REEA's acknowledgement of their contribution to the event. 

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellations received by midnight May 6, 2013 will receive a full refund.
  • There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received after May 6, 2013.
  • Cancellations received after May 6, 2013 and before May 20, 2013 will receive a refund of 50% of registration fee less the cancellation fee.
  • There is no refund for cancellations received after May 20, 2013.
  • Refunds for cancellations due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the REEA Executive Director.
