Driving Directions:

• Exit the airport onto Interstate 40 West. Follow Interstate 40 West to exit 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway.
• Continue on Briley Parkway to exit 12 for McGavock Pike toward Opryland Hotel/Convention Center/Music Valley Drive.
• Turn left onto McGavock Pike then take the first right onto Music Vally Drive.
• The hotel will be on the right.

Dinner

Any of the restaurants owned by MStreet – Located in the Gulch –Reservation Recommended
They are all fun atmospheres with some of the best chefs in Nashville cooking for them.

Cochon Butcher – Located in Germantown.  A New Orleans style restaurant located just outside of the heart of Nashville. Casual atmosphere with a great patio.

The Pharmacy Burger – Located in East Nashville – they do not take reservations or call ahead so get there early if possible

Two Ten Jack – Located in East Nashville - Reservation Recommended

**BarTaco – Located in 12 South – Not sure they take reservation you can use an app called No Wait and it's a place holder that allows you to put your name on a waiting list while you are on the way.  **Personal recommendation from the Event Manager at The Inn at Opryland; "I love going to BarTaco because there's a great ice cream shop just up the street called Jeni's ice cream and plenty of other great restaurants in this area if you r group wanted after dinner drinks as well."

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received prior to midnight on December 1, 2016 will receive a full refund.
• There is a $100.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations received between December 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
• There is no refund for cancellations received after December 31, 2016.

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather if the event itself is not cancelled. REEA will not refund any travel expenses that may be incurred under any circumstances.  All requests for cancellation refunds must be in writing and emailed/mailed to the REEA Office at the address below within 14 days of the event start date with appropriate proof of travel cancellation.  All refunds due to an illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis by the REEA Executive Director.

Nationwide Event Inclement Weather Policy:
Since REEA makes financial obligations based on the number of registrations and exhibitor spaces sold for events, registration fees cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled by REEA due to inclement weather and a registrant's written request is received within 14 days of the event start date. If REEA cancels the event due to weather, REEA will issue a credit for the registrant upon written request, which may be applied within twelve (12) months either to the next scheduled DREI Summit or another DREI event. All requests for credit must be in writing and emailed/mailed to the REEA Office at the address below with appropriate proof of travel cancellation within 14 days of the event's start date.
