We are excited to bring to you our Concurrent Presenters from the 2020 Annual REEA Conference have agreed to present their 1 hour session that they were going to present during the conference to us all virtually!  Check out our schedule tab and you can register for 1, 2 or several classes or save some money and register NOW for the whole series!

Presented by Toby Schifsky: Over $20 billion invested in real estate technology in the last nine years in an effort to aggregate real estate leads and remove agents from the real estate transaction. The foundations of the real estate industry are shaking with the amount of private equity dollars being pumped in and high-tech start-ups are looking to disrupt the real estate industry. Our future as educators is fraught with giant risks as people look to remove "friction" from real estate transactions by removing agents all together! New brokerage models and the rise of "super agents" could lead to fewer students for us all. Come and find out the risks we face and some key opportunities for those that are aware.
