Presented by Toby Schifsky: Over $20 billion invested in real estate technology in the last nine years in an effort to aggregate real estate leads and remove agents from the real estate transaction. The foundations of the real estate industry are shaking with the amount of private equity dollars being pumped in and high-tech start-ups are looking to disrupt the real estate industry. Our future as educators is fraught with giant risks as people look to remove "friction" from real estate transactions by removing agents all together!
